2020 Color Run Update
As of right now the Color Run is still on track for May 22nd!
In order to get the prizes on time, we still need the donations and prize forms turned in by April 6th. Since school is still closed, families have 2 options to turn in donations/prize information:
PREFERRED method: Register/pay online through our *NEW* Mondovi PTA Website: https://mondovi-elementary-pta-104965.square.site/. You will also have the option to purchase extra Color Run shirts on the site.
Mail checks (made out to Mondovi Elementary PTA) and donation forms to school. We kindly ask that you send checks only (no cash). If you are interested in extra Color Run shirts for family/friends, please also include the form below. Checks and donation forms should be mailed to the school office NO LATER THAN APRIL 6 (Mondovi Elementary PTA, 337 N. Jackson Street, Mondovi, WI 54755).
In the event that the Safer At Home Order is extended and we are not able to hold the Color Run as scheduled, the PTA is considering alternative options. Regardless of when the Color Run is held, students will still receive their prizes.

Extra Color Run Shirts
Once you have reached $25.00 in donations, you may purchase extra shirts for family/friends who are running with your child. Each extra shirt is $15.00. Money for extra shirts does not count toward prize donation totals. Shirts may be ordered through the PTA website (above) or you can send this form in to school with your donations and prize form.
