Students 18 years old or older may sign up to receive a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine through Buffalo County Health Department. If you are interested in receiving this vaccine, please click on the link to complete the attached interest form. This form needs to be completed by the evening of 4/9/21.

Any students who are 18 can receive any brand of vaccine. Buffalo County Health Department has Johnson & Johnson vaccine appointments as soon as this week (one dose and done in time for Prom and Graduation!). If they are interested we just need to fill out our interest form and they will likely get a call today or tomorrow to schedule (we do have appointments after school).

Buffalo County COVID-19 - Buffalo County Public Health would like to inform you that the Wisconsin Department of Health Services has announced that starting March 29th, Individuals ages 16 and older with certain medical conditions that have a greater risk of severe illness from COVID-19 will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.
