General Announcements:
Speed School: Mondays & Thursdays, 3:25-3:55pm, in the Multi Lobby. Speed School is an acceleration, power and top speed based training opportunity for all athletes not in a winter sport. See Coach McGuire with any questions.
Dollar Hat Day: The Student Council will be hosting Dollar Hat day every Friday through the end of the trimester. To wear a hat, please pay $1.00 at the student council table in Mrs. Berger’s room (7:45-8:00am) and receive a stamp. Students without a stamp will not be able to wear a hat that day. Donations will be used to build a charity fund to support people in our community. Hats must be school appropriate and not disruptive to the learning of others (no blinking lights, etc.).
FUTP60 Parfaits: Strawberry parfaits will be sold for $1.00 Friday during Homeroom. There will also be dodgeball for 7th graders. Students should report to their classrooms for attendance before going to the lobby.
MYBA Youth Ball Registration: Students who are interested in signing up for baseball or softball through the MYBA should pick up a registration form in the MS/HS office. Turn registration forms in on Sunday or Thursday, February 22nd from 5:00-7:00 in the Buffalo Lobby. Questions regarding registration can be directed to mondoviyouthbaseball@gmail.com.
MS Yearbook Orders: Yearbook orders are due Friday, February 23rd. If you want a yearbook, make sure to order yours at jostens.com/2024yearbook.
Talent Show: The Student Council is hosting a talent show on March 15th! Sign up to compete against Mondovi’s most talented middle schoolers. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place acts. Sign up forms are available in Mr. Schauer’s classroom (room 225) and are due Friday, March 8th. Talk to a student council representative to learn more!
