General Announcements:
Members of the tennis team should report to Mrs. Flaherty's room during Buffalo TIme today to discuss homecoming.
Friday: On Oct 10th, 11am to 1pm Hansen’s IGA will have brats for $3 or brat, chips, and a drink for $4. Proceeds will go to Mondovi PTA.
Homecoming:
After 2 dress up days, there is a three way tie between the freshmen, sophomores and juniors. Hallway results are in and the juniors took first, freshmen took second, seniors took third and sophomores took fourth.
Homecoming t-shirts are being delivered today during Buffalo Time. If you have a sibling that also got a shirt, yours will be with your sibling if you didn't get yours.
Students may now vote for Homecoming King and Queen. Voting closes Friday morning at 8:00am.
The sophomores are in need of someone to drive the float for the homecoming parade. If any sophomore knows of someone to drive the float please contact Mrs. Hass ASAP.
-If you are not here first hour, stop in and Mrs. Hass can count you for dress up days when you get here.
-Tomorrow is battle of the genres!
-The Homecoming Packet was sent out Sunday and has been updated. Be sure to check it to see what activities you are signed up for. If you can't find your name, it is because you didn't fill out the survey. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Hass or Ms. McAlpin.
-Dance guest forms were due on the 6th! There are a number of you who took forms that Ms. Ketz has not received. She will follow up with the schools she sent it to, but if you handled it yourself - please make sure you get them in!
-During buffalo time: HS Student Council will be selling bead necklaces, buttons, and pom poms for $1.00 for any high schoolers or middle schoolers! Located in the lobby!
-If you are interested in making Homecoming signs to hang around the community and in good academic standing, please come to Mrs. Hass' room during Buffalo Time.
WIN Release: Remember, if you turned in a form and you are eligible - you must leave the building or let Ms. Ketz know where you are at!
Girls golf: a message from Coach! – Please turn in your golf polo by the end of this week.
Science Club Field Trip Students- pay your $12 to Mrs. Jardine or Ms. Rodenberg by Oct 9th to secure your spot on the bus. If you don't remember if you signed up or not, talk to Ms. Rodenberg or Mrs. Jardine.
Weight Room: The weight room will be open every day this week after school from 3:25-4:30PM!
The Student Influenza Vaccination Clinic, hosted by the Buffalo County Health Department, will be held at school on 10/24/25 from 1:00-4:00 pm in the Community Room (located just inside door 5). Please see the information letter for further details. Consent forms need to be turned in to Sue Poeschel, School Nurse, by Monday, 10/20/25. In order for your child to get vaccinated the consent form needs to be turned in by 10/20/25.
