Teen driving FACT of the day: Only 65% of teens consistently wear seat belts when driving or as a passenger!
Attention all Human Anatomy students!!! If you get a deer- save the deer heart for extra credit. OR if you know someone who shoots a deer- have them save you the heart. You can keep it in your freezer (tell your mom so she doesn't toss it!) until we need it. Any questions? Ask Mrs. Jardine. Good luck!

Seniors: There will be a meeting regarding all things Scholarships on Thursday, Nov 13th in the IMC during Buffalo Time. Plan to attend if you want to learn more.
Speed school started on Monday, November 10th and will run Mondays and Thursdays through February. All athletes not at a winter sport practice after school are welcome to attend. Our focus is sprint mechanics, ankle health, explosiveness, acceleration and top end speed. Pair speed school with a lifting program so you are better for your next athletic season.
Weight Room: Open this week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 3:25-4:30pm.
