Attention all Human Anatomy students!!! If you get a deer- save the deer heart for extra credit. OR if you know someone who shoots a deer- have them save you the heart. Speed school started on Monday, November 10th and will run Mondays and Thursdays through February. All athletes not at a winter sport practice after school are welcome to attend. Our focus is sprint mechanics, ankle health, explosiveness, acceleration and top end speed. Pair speed school with a lifting program so you are better for your next athletic season.
