Last week of the trimester!

Attention Buffalo Fans!  The SALT team invites any students with school spirit to join them in the Multi Gym tomorrow during Buffalo Time to learn more cheers and chants for the upcoming basketball season.  Our student section was AMAZING last week at the football game, and we'd like to build on that!  See you then!

There will be a short Pep Club meeting in Mrs. Jardine's room today (Nov 19). Please stop by! Thanks!

All Europe 2026 students that sold Kwik Trip cards for our fundraiser need to turn in ALL order forms and money by Thursday, November 20th!  Also, a gentle reminder that we will meet for our kick off meeting (with tasty food to sample!) on Monday night (Nov. 24) at 6:00 p.m. in the MHS cafeteria!  Enter through Door #5 please. See you all there!

A representative from UW River Falls will be in the guidance office during Buffalo Time today. Please see Mr. Hass or Mrs. Lehman for a pass prior to stopping by

FUTP60:

(every Wednesday) Meeting during WIN in the Health Room

Attention all Human Anatomy students!!! If you get a deer- save the deer heart for extra credit. OR if you know someone who shoots a deer- have them save you the heart. You can keep it in your freezer (tell your mom so she doesn't toss it!) until we need it. Any questions? Ask Mrs. Jardine. Good luck!

Speed school started on Monday, November 10th and will run Mondays and Thursdays through February.  All athletes not at a winter sport practice after school are welcome to attend.  Our focus is sprint mechanics, ankle health, explosiveness, acceleration and top end speed. Pair speed school with a lifting program so you are better for your next athletic season.
