WIN 1 Meetings: (Remember to have attendance taken in your WIN 1 before reporting to meetings)
Friday, September 6th: Work-based Learning meeting in Mrs. Berger’s room.
Monday, September 9th: Art Club meeting in Mr Pongratz’s room to kick off the fundraiser and discuss the Art Club field trip.
Tuesday, September 10th: Student Council Executive meeting in Mrs. Berger’s room.
Wednesday, September 11th: Student council meeting in Mrs. Berger’s room. Also plan to meet September 18th and 25th during WIN I.
Friday, September 13th: Jostens will be meeting with Sophomores in the IMC after WIN 1 attendance to receive info about ordering class rings. Seniors will be meeting with Jostens at 12:25 to be measured for caps and gowns as well as receive info about ordering graduation items.
General Announcements:
Any student interested in joining the student council as a non-elected member this fall should see Mrs. Berger by TODAY.
Speed School: Starts next week and will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:40-4:20. Open weight room will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:40-4:30.
Auditions for “Beehive: The 60's Musical” are Tuesday after school. See Ms. Helbing or Mr. Walk if you have any questions. If you are interested in helping with scenery or back stage for the musical, sign up sheets are on the music department bulletin board.
Picture day: Picture day is Wednesday, September 11th. Pictures can be ordered now through midnight on 9/13/19 at mylifetouch.com (use picture day id EVT9JTG6G). If picture forms are needed, extras will be available in the middle school/high school office. Picture retakes are scheduled for October 17th.
Class Officers: Are you interested in running for a class officer position? President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are all important roles in each grade. If you would like to run, please email your class advisor by Thursday, September 12th so that they can put you on the ballot. Freshmen: Mrs. Robaidek, Sophomores: Mrs. Berger, Juniors: Mrs. Flaherty, Seniors: Mrs. Stadter
Show Choir: Sign up on the music department bulletin board if interested in joining. Show choir meets Tuesdays and Thursdays during 8th hour and HS students can earn credit for the class.
Students: Please turn in your internet use forms to Mrs. Denk immediately (located online) - these need to be turned in before you can access the school network.
Students: Would you like to earn a free yearbook by participating in an easy fundraiser? Mrs. Fath will have information soon to start selling cookie dough starting the week of September 16th. Basically, you sell 5 containers to get half off and 10 containers to earn a free yearbook. What a sweet deal and who doesn't love cookies!!
Seniors: A digital image of your chosen senior photo as well as a baby or little kid pic is due to Mrs. Fath by October 31st. If you have not already had senior pictures done, please schedule this ASAP. See Mrs. Fath if you have questions or concerns. The yearbook staff will also take your picture for free if you do not plan to have senior pictures done. More information. coming in the near future regarding due dates and senior quotes.
