General Announcements:
Buffalo County Public Health is planning a school-based flu clinic to vaccinate children within the school district who are in Early Childhood through Grade 12 as this is a group at increased risk of getting and spreading influenza. There is no cost for the vaccine. This school-based clinic will be held on Tuesday, October 27th, from 1:00pm-4:00pm in the Community Room, which is right inside door 5 on Jackson Street. A parent or guardian needs to be present with any child who is in early childhood through 3rd grade. This clinic is only for children aged 18 or younger. If your child refuses the vaccine on the day of the clinic, the vaccine will not be administered. If you wish for your child to receive the seasonal flu vaccine, you will need to complete the consent form and return it to the office or school nurse by Wednesday, October 21st . Your child will not be vaccinated without your consent. There will also be copies at the clinic.

The 10th and 11th graders taking the PSAT next week should come to the IMC TODAY during BT for a technology check. Bring your chromebook and we'll log in to make sure everything works well before the actual test.

We are in need of ONE SENIOR, ONE FRESHMEN, and TWO SOPHOMORE members for student council this year. Must be able to attend meetings during Buffalo Time on Wednesdays and looking to improve our school culture and be a leader.
Club pictures for the yearbook are starting! On Thursday, October 15, Spanish Club and Fuel Up pictures will be taken. On Friday, October 16, FCCLA and FBLA pictures will be taken. Please report to the main gym when called down.

Middle School Student Council is hosting a Halloween dance after school on Friday, October 23 in the Multi-Purpose room Gym. Admission will be $5 at the door, the Dance will go from 3:30 to 6:00PM. Students attending will get a slice of pizza, a bag of chips, and a choice of soda with their admission. Costumes are encouraged but not required! Hope to see you there! (This event is for Middle Schoolers only)
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCIL – MEETING DURING LUNCH EVERY WEDNESDAY IN SCHAUER’S
