Congratulations to Maddy Marten. Maddy will be playing in the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-Star game at JustaGame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells on June 25th. Athletes who participate in the WBCA All-Star Games each year are required to raise money for the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC Fund). Please consider donating to this very worthy cause and help Maddy reach her goals. If you need help connecting with Maddy for a donation, please feel free to contact me via email at dgray@mondovi.k12.wi.us. Thanks and Congrats Maddy!!! Coach Gray

Greetings, Students, Staff, & Parents With Ash Wednesday approaching, Food Service staff would like to inform adherents of your options for that day. We are serving Ham Au Gratin Potatoes or Chicken Gyros. Both proteins will be served separately in food service lines and students will be prompted if they want ham or chicken in their entree. We recommend parents discuss with children their choices for that day. Cheesy potatoes and a meatless gyro with all the fixings are optional! Thank you, - Food Service

Greetings Buffaloes fans. Hard to believe but tournament play begins tomorrow night for the Girls' Basketball team as we host Glenwood City. The winner will play in Durand on Friday night. A few reminders about WIAA Tournament games. 1) Tip off is at 7:00 PM. The doors will open at 6:00 PM. 2) Because it is a WIAA Tournament game, no passes are allowed. Ticket prices for ALL adults and anyone over 6 years old will be $6. Children under the age of 6 get in for $1. ALL tickets will be sold at the door with no presale of tickets. 3) The WIAA requires us to designate Adult and Student sections in the gym. Our common practice aligns with the WIAA requirements, with one exception. The WIAA requires the Visiting Student Section to be in the corner of the bleachers opposite the Visiting Team Bench. Please keep that in mind as you choose your seat in the gym tomorrow night. Thanks and Go Buffaloes!!!

Good morning Buffaloes fans. With the snow coming tonight we are moving up the start times for our Girls' Basketball game with Colfax. The JV game will start at 4:30. The length of the JV game will be shortened so we can try to start the Varsity game by 5:30. It is Senior Night tonight, so we will be honoring our 4 Seniors after the conclusion of the JV game. I would expect our Senior Night recognition to begin shortly after 5:00. Finally, we are honoring members of the 1994 State Team. We will honor those ladies at halftime of the Varsity game. Go Buffs!!!

Good Afternoon to all our fine folks, parents, and students of Mondovi School District - We have been noticing an increase in illness reporting among students, both here and region-wide. The kitchen is taking measures to reduce the risk of contagion spread during this week, specifically, and going forward. You may notice new sneeze guards over all cold foods. We are also staffing extra servers during lunch periods where students normally serve themselves. This week, servers will serve your food for you. We have taken these measures to keep you all as healthy as can be. Thank you and stay warm, -Kitchen Staff

Greetings Buffalo fans. Congratulations to Maddy Marten. Last night Maddy became the 4th player in Mondovi Girls' Basketball history to score 1,000 points in her high school career. She joins the likes of Katie Cheline, Ava Gray, and Ashley Williamson as the only four players in program history to accomplish that feat. Congrats Maddy!
